  • Currently, I see my patients on a private-pay basis. If your insurance accepts out-of-network claims, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions; I am happy to work together on payment plans!

  • To make healthcare more accessible and convenient for my patients, I offer virtual appointments exclusively.

  • I will be reaching out to you within 1-2 business days to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone call. During this call, we will:

    • Discuss your main concerns in more detail

    • Answer any questions you may have

    • Whether you feel that we are a good fit

  • Payment is due at time of service to the credit card on file. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant payment processing service. I personally do not see or store your credit card information.
